1. Final Inspection Clearance

Before any component leaves our warehouse, it must successfully pass all prior inspection protocols, ensuring that only fully compliant products are prepared for shipment. Our inspection procedures include:

Visual and Physical Check: To verify that the product is free of any cosmetic damage, contamination, or incorrect labeling.

Compliance Verification: Including documentation such as datasheets, lot traceability, date codes, RoHS/REACH declarations, and country-of-origin information.

Functional Validation: For applicable components, electrical or parametric testing is conducted to confirm performance reliability.

Products that do not meet requirements are redirected to the Issue Handling process (Step 4), ensuring zero defects enter the delivery channel.



2. Secure Packaging and Shipment Coordination

Following inspection clearance, our operations team initiates the logistics and packaging protocol, modeled on practices used by companies like Future Electronics and TTI Inc.:

ESD-Safe Packaging: Components are packaged in static-dissipative or moisture-barrier materials based on their sensitivity class.

Damage-Resistant Protection: Shock-absorbing materials and sealed cartons are used to prevent physical damage during transit.

Labeling and Documentation: Each package is labeled with critical product and shipping details for easy identification, traceability, and customs compliance.

We collaborate with a network of trusted logistics partners to select optimal transportation modes based on delivery urgency, destination region, and the nature of the product. Whether by air, sea, or land, shipments are designed for maximum reliability and speed, with flexibility for same-day dispatch and priority handling when required.



3. Real-Time Tracking and Customer Communication
